She is a healthcare strategist and public sector leader with 16+ years advancing health systems in Botswana and Africa. A Mandela Washington and Kofi Annan Fellow, she champions gender equity, universal health coverage, and inclusive leadership—bridging medicine, policy, and diplomacy to strengthen equitable, resilient health services.

Ramatou Irène NOMBRO

She is a Malian physician and public health advocate working at the nexus of mental health, gender equity, and climate change. Drawing from lived experience and grassroots leadership, she advances inclusive health systems, champions youth and women’s voices, and promotes community resilience through advocacy, research, and storytelling.

Based in the Netherlands and India, she is a medical doctor and health economist (Karolinska Institute) with 8+ years’ experience across LMIC and HIC contexts. A former WHO consultant on TB-HIV, AMR, and real-world evidence. Grounded in lived grassroots experiences, she advances SRH, gender equity, and inclusive health systems. Dr. C. Ingrid KENGNE TEGUE

An obstetrician-gynecologist and SRHR specialist in Lomé, Togo, she has seven years bridging clinical care and advocacy. In 2024, she coordinated free cancer screenings for 5,000 women. Founder of AHOME, she advances healthcare and empowerment while leading obstetrics departments, mentoring staff, and serving communities in French, English, and Ewe.
