Ruth Ngechu, Global Engagement Director, leads Pathfinder International’s increased visibility and influence with global health and development communities. Ruth is a leader in public health with 20 years of experience, initiating and cementing strategic partnerships with non-profit organizations, multilateral partners (including USAID, WHO, and UNICEF), as well as national and regional governments. Ruth has worked in various public and private sector roles, driving innovative approaches to health systems management, advocacy initiatives, and strategic engagements.
Ruth holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from the Methodist University, Nairobi, Kenya, and is now a doctoral candidate in Health Communications at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. She is also an M&E Fellow.
