Sapna works as a Gender Specialist at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW). She specializes in qualitative research, program design and implementation. At ICRW, Sapna works on issues of sexual health and reproductive rights of women, public policy, gender and governance, and men and masculinities. She led the 3D Program for girls and women , ICRW’s study on Male Involvement in Pre-Marital Abortions in Delhi and supports the Gender Equity Movement in Schools for Boys Program in Rajasthan. Currently Sapna is involved in a stocktaking of male engagement for promoting gender equality across India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Maldives and Bhutan and leading a study on Women in Leadership in the Health Sector In India.
