Emilia Caro is a molecular biologist specialized in human genetics, and MBA. Emilia is a healthcare leader and advocate for gender equity with extensive experience in health management, strategic alliances, and innovation in the healthtech sector. As CEO of a healthcare foundation, she oversees institutional relationships, fundraising, and the implementation of advanced health solutions. Emilia is also the co-founder and leader of Women in Global Health Argentina’s chapter and has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Women in Health Association since 2022. She is a member of the Board of the Argentine Association of Operational Health Management and member of the National Network of Health and Environment.Her career includes founding a healthtech startup, driving transformative healthcare innovations, and participating in several presentations in the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UN CSW). Emilia has extensive experience in strategic partnerships, working across sectors.
