Dr. Annick Sidibe

Dr. Annick Raïssa O. Sidibé is a Medical Doctor and Public Health Specialist with over a decade of experience in health system strengthening, global health security, and immunization in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). As a Global Health Security Technical Advisor at Jhpiego, she supports outbreak prevention, detection, and response across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. In addition, she serves as the Special Advisor to the Gavi Francophone and Lusophone Africa constituency, providing strategic guidance and policy analysis to Gavi’s implementing countries’ Board representatives. Her career spans government and INGO roles, working on multilateral projects funded by major donors such as Gavi, USAID, CDC, and the Global Fund. Dr Sidibe governance experience includes serving as Deputy Board Chair of the Global Health Security Agenda Consortium and as a Women in Global Health Burkina Faso board member. She is committed to advancing gender equity in global health, promoting inclusive leadership, and ensuring diverse voices are included in decision-making.
