LaShondà Steward is a senior global strategist with nearly 20 years of cross-sector leadership at the intersections of global communications, strategic partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, with a focus on global health, social impact, equity, and ESG priorities.

She has led high-impact initiatives across Africa, Europe, the Americas, and Central Asia, partnering with organizations such as WHO, USAID, The Global Fund, and private sector, government ministries, and major philanthropic foundations. Known for translating vision into action, she has driven multi-million-dollar resource mobilization, built trusted partnerships, and delivered measurable global impact.

LaShondà holds a BBA from Howard University, an MBA from Johns Hopkins, and a Doctor of Public Health (DrPH).
