Our governance

Women in Global Health (WGH) is registered in the USA as a 501 (c) (3) charitable organisation. Our Board of Directors, in their governance capacity, provide oversight on financial and fiscal oversight to ensure the highest standards.  The BOD also ensures that the WGH organisation is effectively delivering on our mission. Women in Global Health convenes the WGH Global Chapters Steering Committee, made up of 12 of our chapter members from across all regions covered by our movement to serve in an advisory capacity, providing strategic guidance on the movement.
